“Using the New HEC-RAS Mapper Applications” highlights the newest version of HEC-RAS (5.0.5) including the capabilities of GeoRAS 10.2 with expanded Mapper functions. Vern Bonner will teach you how to create geometry files from Digital Terrain Models (DTM), imported through Mapper and produce floodplain maps from your RAS simulations. You will be guided through a series of workshops so you will get a hands-on understanding of how to use the new Mapper capabilities of the program.
