Works with dedicated team of civil engineers in the Department of Planning & Development on infrastructure improvement projects in flood-prone areas and other forest preserve areas.  Manages projects to improve fishing lakes, bird habitat, kayak launches, recreational trails, riparian restoration and more in suburban Cook County.  


Bachelors or masters degree in civil or environmental engineering.

3-4 Years Full-Time work experience

Professional Engineer (P.E) certification in Illinois or another state


$94,559 plus excellent benefits. Flexible telework policy.
